Eligibility

The Middle Georgia Art Association invites you to participate in Macon's oldest and finest outdoor arts and crafts show along beautiful Mulberry Street.  This downtown event has been held in conjunction with the nationally known Cherry Blossom Festival since it's inauguration in 1982.  There are no admission charges or parking fees. The expected 35,000 + patrons come searching for fine arts, fine crafts, and handicraft items. Mulberry Street Festival offers an excellent opportunity for artists and craftsmen to expand their reputations and to extend appreciation and sales of their work.

In addition, monetary awards will be awarded to artists and craftsmen whose work shows artistic merit.  Awards of $300, $200, and $100 will be awarded to the top three exhibitors in both Fine Arts and Crafts as well as one "Best of Show" award in the amount of $500.

Ribbons and (6) honorable mentions will be awarded in both categories.  Judging will begin promptly at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
