All work must consist of original hand made items by the exhibiting artist.  No kits, or buy/sell items are eligible.  Violators may be asked to leave the festival.  In this instance, no refunds will be issued.

 I understand and agree that MGAA will not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss to works or persons participating in the show.   Tents should be clean and in good repair.  I further understand that the committee reserves the right to remove any work or display from the exhibition.

Notification of acceptance or non-acceptance will be  mailed via applicant’s submitted SASE. Applicants scoring high but not accepted will be placed on a waiting-list and notified at this time.
